Refund Policy
Last updated: 16-December-2025
This Refund Policy explains refunds for Enforcement Radar, operated by Bleyona LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as our merchant of record for purchases made through Paddle checkout. Mandatory consumer rights (including EU/UK rights where applicable) are not affected.
1. Company details
Bleyona LLC
1309 Coffeen Ave STE 18189
Sheridan Wyoming, US 82801
Email: contact@enforcementradar.com
Phone: +1 307 381 3964
For payment, cancellation and refund requests, you may also contact Paddle Buyer Support: paddle.net/support.
2. Subscriptions, renewals and cancellation
Enforcement Radar is sold as a subscription (monthly or annual). Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals using the Paddle customer portal (where available) or by contacting us or Paddle Buyer Support. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically refund charges already paid unless eligible under this policy or required by law.
3. 30-day money-back guarantee (first purchase)
To meet common industry expectations and reduce risk for new customers, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases.
- Eligibility: first-time purchase only (one refund per customer/account/organisation).
- Window: request within 30 days of the initial charge date.
- Scope: applies to the first paid subscription charge (monthly or annual).
- Exclusions: does not apply to renewals after the first billing period, add-ons, or accounts terminated for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
4. Standard refund rules
4.1 Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong plan, technical error), we will correct the issue and issue an appropriate refund.
4.2 Service issues
If a verified service outage or material defect significantly prevented you from using the service, we may provide a refund or credit, including a pro-rated adjustment where appropriate.
4.3 Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed, except where required by law or where a billing error occurred. Please cancel before renewal to avoid future charges.
5. EU/EEA/UK consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or the UK, you may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For digital services, you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you may lose your withdrawal right once access begins (where permitted by law).
Where the withdrawal right applies and has not been waived, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. If you requested immediate access, we may deduct an amount proportional to the service already provided, where permitted by applicable law.
6. How to request a refund
Contact us at contact@enforcementradar.com (or call +1 307 381 3964) and include:
- The email used at checkout
- Your Paddle order/transaction ID (if available)
- The reason for the request
You can also contact Paddle Buyer Support directly at paddle.net/support. Because Paddle processes payments, refunds may be executed via Paddle’s systems to verify the purchase securely.
7. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Timing depends on your payment method and bank. We cannot control bank processing times.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can resolve billing issues quickly. Unnecessary chargebacks may result in account suspension during investigation. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we believe are invalid.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Material changes will be communicated where required.
