1. Service description

Enforcement Radar is an alerts-as-a-service product that monitors selected regulatory and enforcement sources and delivers curated alerts to subscribers by email and/or Telegram. We may update, modify, or improve the Service over time.

3. Payments, merchant of record, billing and cancellation

3.1 Merchant of record

Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record for purchases made via Paddle checkout. Paddle may appear on your bank statement. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle’s applicable buyer terms and policies.

3.2 Billing and renewals

• Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) through Paddle.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be calculated and collected by Paddle where required.

3.3 Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
• Cancellations can be made via the Paddle customer portal (where available) or by contacting us or Paddle Buyer Support.
• After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because Paddle processes payments, refunds and billing support may be handled through Paddle systems. Paddle Buyer Support is available at paddle.net/support.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including the website design, content, branding and software, is owned by Bleyona LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes during an active subscription.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a notice on the website. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
